To keep Guests safe all our staff use the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by current legislation and all our fleet is periodically subjected to “OZONE sanitizing ” cycles, making the vehicles safer and healthier, improving indoor air quality thanks to the Sanity Sistem generators !

Sanitizing with ozone is a procedure which allows the removal of pathogen agents from air and water, such as germs, bacteria, viruses, molds, spores and yeasts by disintegrating their molecular structure and causing the death (bacteria) or the inactivation (virus), canceling therefore each possible effect (insects, proliferation, pathologies, bad smells). It is based on the oxidative properties of ozone, a natural gas composed by three molecules of oxygen present in the stratosphere. Thanks to all this the results are effective even in repelling infesting animals and little rodents as well as removing bad smells.

    Reservations and Down Payment:

    After filling in all the details regarding your transfer / tour and paying a deposit, we will send you a Reservation Voucher

    For confirm your reservation we need of 30% down payment.

    The 70% balance can be paid before of departure date or directly to the driver in cash.

Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name:

  • at pier where your ship will dock if you arrive by Cruise Ship / Hydrofoil
  • at your flight’s arrival gate if you arrive by Plane
  • at end of the train platform if you arrive by Train
  • in the lobby if you are in hotel
  • Deluxe Mercedes vehicle
  • English speaking driver (on request)
  • Water bottle 500ml

If you must cancel your reservation, we will refund a percentage of your total amount paid according to the following terms:

– More than 7 Days: Reservation cancelled more than 7 days before the service date the amount paid is 100% refundable

– Less than 7 Days: Reservation cancelled less than 7 Days before the service date the amount paid is 70% refundable (down payment is not-refundable)

– Less than 24 hours: Reservation cancelled less than 24 hours before the service date and “no-show” the entire cost of your service will be debited.

INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Exclusively for the aforementioned purposes, the data will be visible, in addition to the relevant internal staff units, also to external collaborators in charge of their treatment, the list of which is available at the owner’s office
e) TRANSFERS
There aren’t transfers of Personal Data to Recipients outside the European Union
f) DATA RETENTION
The processing of your data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and can also be carried out through automated procedures designed to store, manage and transmit them and will take place through appropriate tools, as far as reason and state of the art, to ensure safety and confidentiality through the use of appropriate procedures that avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, illicit use and dissemination. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic processing. The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes and in any case for the performance of the contract. After this deadline, the data will be destroyed or made anonymous. Consider that the information systems used to manage the information collected are configured, already originally, to get to minimize the use of data.
