Can I rent a vehicle without driver?

No, we only rent with driver.

What if the destination I’m searching is not listed on the web site?

Send us a custom request…We will answer within 24 hours!

Request & Booking

  • Request

You may request an service by sending us a regular e-mail or by filling out the Information Request for the Transfer / Excursion you desire.

  • Booking

If you wish to book, after you have agreed the transfer/tour details described, we require a deposit and then we will send you a reservation Voucher.

  • Down payment

An advance payment of 20% of the total cost of your service must be paid in advance. We accept Pay Pal and Bank transfer as payment.

The remaining 80% must be paid at end of service directly to the driver in cash.

Available on request credit card payment (6% fee)

Where I meet the driver?

Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name:

  • at pier where your ship will dock if you arrive by Cruise Ship / Hydrofoil
  • at your flight’s arrival gate if you arrive by Plane
  • at end of the train platform if you arrive by Train
  • in the lobby if you are in hotel

What is included in the price?

  • Deluxe Mercedes vehicle
  • English speaking driver (on request)
  • Water bottle 500ml
  • Free Wi-Fi on board
  • All Tolls, Parking
  • Fuel.

What is not included in the price?

  • Entrance fees (where applicable)
  • Lunch
  • Gratuities
  • Authorized Guide (available on request)

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your service at least 48 hours, we refund your down payment. Otherwise we will keep it as a “No Show fee”.

Privacy

All personal data will be used confidentially and in accordance with Italian Law n. 196/03 regarding Privacy.
